2. Defective or Damaged Products
We take the quality of our products seriously. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will accept a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

A video recording of the unboxing must be submitted as proof. The video should clearly show the condition of the packaging upon receipt and the defect or damage to the product.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling or misuse will not be considered as defects.
3. Return/Exchange Process for Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please follow the steps below:

Approval: Our team will review your request and video evidence. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping: Once approved, you will be required to return the product to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.
Inspection: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the product is found to be defective, we will issue a replacement or process a refund (if applicable). If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be provided.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
If a return is approved for a defective product and a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
